Organizers of the International Builders’ Show say attendees will find a larger trade show at this year’s event.

The Jan. 20-22 event at the Las Vegas Convention Center will have an estimated 1,200 exhibitors, which will take up an estimated 476,000 square feet of exhibit space — 50,000 more square feet than last year.

"The International Builders' Show boasts an expansive exhibit hall featuring manufacturers representing every facet of the housing industry, all in one spot," said Kevin Kelly, chairman of the National Association of Home Builders, which sponsors the show.

Kelly is a home builder and developer from Wilmington, Del.

"Housing professionals can really take their business to the next level by taking advantage of the access to all of the top industry professionals, networking opportunities and business deals available to them at Design & Construction Week in general and IBS in particular.”

More than 100 educational seminars will allow those involved in HVAC construction, green HVAC, sheet metal works and other related industries to learn about the latest trends.
