Hydraulic bending equipment manufacturer Roto-Die has been purchased by the Formtek Group. Terms were not disclosed.
The Ohio-based company, which makes a quick-change die for HVAC and other light-gauge commercial uses, will join Formtek’s other brands, which includes Mestek Machinery and its Lockformer, Iowa Precision and Engel sheet metal machines.
