Almost three years ago in November of 2012, I walked into the big, glass BNP Media headquarters building in Troy, Michigan, elated to be starting my first job out of college as an online content coordinator for several of the company's brands. Little did I know that five months later, I would be accepting an offer to join the SNIPS team as associate editor.

Now, two and a half years later, this is a bitter-sweet moment for me because tomorrow, September, 4, 2015, will be my last and final day as SNIPS' associate editor. My time working on SNIPS has been nothing short of a blessing. When I first joined, my editor Mike immediately took me under his wings and showed me the ropes. Working closely with him and the rest of the SNIPS staff has groomed me into not only a better writer and professional, but I also would like to consider myself a newfound sheet metal and HVAC industry expert (lol).

I've learned and grown so much over these past couple of years, and I am excited to take my expanded knowledge with me to the next phase in my career. However, I will truly, truly miss my SNIPS family, and that includes you, our readers. You have taught me a lot and it has been such a pleausre working with and writing for you.

So I'd like to conclude this note by thanking everyone for playing such a huge part in my professional growth. You will be missed, but certainly not forgotten.

Sincerely,

Kori A. Winters
