Local LEED review teams in China, Brazil and India will gauge projects for green HVAC and zero energy building, among other critera.

 The GBCI certifies for green HVAC and other sustainable features under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design building rating program. 

 The HVAC construction technical training sessions on May 19-20 are sponsored by Bioheat, Honeywell and Taco. 

ACCA conference attendees can earn several certification credits during the event.

 The figures come from the new list of the top 10 states for certification under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program administered by the U.S. Green Building Council.  

 The year-old headquarters uses Mitsubishi’s own variable-refrigerant flow green HVAC zoning systems. 

The institute says the certification is a way for HVAC sales technicians and HVAC ductwork fabrication workers to learn what is needed to offer several green HVAC services.

 The maker of sheet metal forming equipment has earned recertification under the International Organization for Standardization’s programs.
