Integrated Facility Services recently completed its HVAC work for the new $26 million O’Fallon Justice Center in O’Fallon, Missouri.

The company installed five air handlers, a 350-nominal-ton chiller, a dedicated air-handling system for a seven-stall indoor firing range that provides 60 fresh air changes per hour, and a 6,000-gallon diesel tank with piping that fuels the dual-generator auxiliary power system.

McCarthy Building Cos. and Wilson Estes Police Architects were the construction manager and architect, respectively, on the 96,000-square-foot facility that houses the city’s police departments and municipal courts.

Integrated Facility Services worked with HVAC automation control contractors Trane Corp. and subcontractor CE Jarrell Contracting Co., for a “cohesive collaboration of mechanical equipment and controls for complete facility automation,” officials said.
