ARS buys Florida HVAC firm
Nationwide air-conditioning and plumbing contractor American Residential Services has bought a Florida HVAC company.
ARS purchased Bradenton, Florida-based Unique Air Services. Terms were not disclosed.
In a statement, Adam and Matthew Montgomery, which have owned Unique Air 40 years, said they were pleased to become part of ARS.
“We are very pleased to be joining the ARS/Rescue Rooter network, because we share the same philosophies of delivering exceptional customer service while being an industry leading employer,” they said. “We are excited about continuing to lead our team and taking our service to the next level, all backed by the strength of ARS’ national network.”
Other Florida-based HVAC market companies that ARS owns include Florida Home Air Conditioning of Jacksonville and Aspen Air Conditioning of Jacksonville.
