Milwaukee Tool buys layout company Empire Level
Milwaukee Tool has purchased layout and measurement equipment maker Empire Level. Terms were not disclosed.
The Mukwonago, Wis.-based company is a major manufacturer of levels, squares, layout tools, and safety and utility tapes.
