The Heating, Airconditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International announced Aug. 2 that it has an agreement with BNP Media making it the official media partner.
BNP Media is the parent company of SNIPS and the Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration News.
Association officials said the partnership will combine its expertise in HVACR wholesaling with editorial and production support from BNP, SNIPS and the News staff, giving members and the industry more information. The agreement includes a new official HARDI periodical, online and mobile platform products, supplements, an e-newsletter and event publications.
“I couldn’t be more impressed with the production and editorial capabilities of the News team. This partnership unites their proven communications acumen with HARDI’s growing voice in the HVACR industry and will be dedicated to delivering content rich HVACR supply-chain specific communications,” said Talbot Gee, HARDI’s executive vice president and chief operating officer. “In addition to our core audience of wholesale distributors, the communications will focus on providing content promoting a smarter, more efficient supply chain and stronger channel relationships that will benefit manufacturers, contractors and anyone else involved in selling HVACR systems and components.”
John Conrad, News publisher, said he was grateful for the opportunity.
“This new communications partnership with HARDI continues the long history of publishing leadership our company has in the HVACR industry, and all the editors of the News are excited about starting a new magazine as the official publication of HARDI,” he said.
