Pa. company adds slitting line

Spectrum Metals Inc., based in Warminster, Pa., has an addition: a new 60-inch slitting line.
The machine’s capabilities include gauges from 0.015- to 0.250 inches, as wide as 60 inches and as heavy as 50,000-pound coils.
Spectrum is able to slit stainless steel and galvanized steel, as well as aluminum, officials said.
