Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning in
Chicago can now add three new awards to its trophy case.
The
company was recently honored by Angie’s List, the Better Business Bureau and
Lennox.
The residential HVAC contractor earned the 2008
Angie’s Super Service Award, which is given to companies that have achieved and
maintained a superior service rating on the Angie’s List Web site throughout
the past year. This is the fourth year in a row that Four Seasons has been
presented with the distinction from Angie’s List and fifth year
overall.
The company also received an “A plus” rating from
the Better Business Bureau. The rating was granted to Four Seasons as part of
the new Better Business Bureau grading system, which is designed to assist
consumers in making better informed decisions on where to spend their money.
The new letter grades replace the less-detailed rating system of “satisfactory”
or “unsatisfactory” and takes into account 17 factors using objective
information and actual incidences of business behavior that have been verified
and evaluated by BBB professionals.
Four Seasons also
received the Dave Lennox Award for quality and customer service. According to
Four Seasons, it was selected for the award due to its standing as one the Top
25 heating and cooling dealers in North America - out of more than 7,000 Lennox
dealers - and for its high standards for quality installation and
service.
“We’re thrilled to be honored by these three very
prestigious organizations,” said David Musial, CEO of Four Seasons Heating and
Air Conditioning. “We take great pride in our work and close attention to
customer satisfaction as these practices are central to how we operate. Our staff
works tireless every day to ensure that our customers’ needs are met and
exceeded and we’re pleased to be recognized for our efforts from these highly
reputable organizations.”
