This company has expanded its line of replaceable blade snips to include new patent-pending offset design models called MagSnips. The patent pending offset design includes left- and straight cut model M2210, best used in the right hand and right- and straight-cut model M2110 that is best used in the left hand. The company says that the offset design flows material away from the blades allowing the snip to be easily advanced without interference from the material being cut, making it easier to cut long materials. The offset design also keeps the users’ hands safely above the material. The new offset models feature a large capacity blade opening for cutting a wide range of materials and a full 2 3/4-inch length of cut. The M1200 model MagSnips cuts straight and wide curves to the left or right and can be used in either hand. The models feature replaceable blades and a light-in-weight cast magnesium frame weighing just 14.4 ounces.
