Indepenent contractor organization finds members with the most satisfied customers.

WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn. - Contractor training and development organization Nexstar Inc. recently conducted a customer-satisfaction survey to find the members that are supplying the best customer service.

The survey looked into the customer service of 148 member companies. Nexstar recently announced the Top 10 companies with the most satisfied customers. They are: Universe Appliance Inc. in Seaford, N.Y.; Tom Shuster Electrical Inc. in Kalamazoo, Mich.; Tri-City Refrigeration Inc. in Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.; JB Electric in Elkhorn, Neb.; Plumbers of Suojanen Enterprises Inc. in Odessa, Fla.; AirCon Appliance Co. in Houston; Wilbur Corp. in Trussville, Ala.; Frasier's Plumbing & Heating in Rhinelander, Wis.; Lascko Plumbing & Mechanical in Muskegon, Mich.; and Donnelly's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Lansdale, Pa.
