Miniduct central heating and air-conditioning system manufacturer Unico Inc. co-sponsored the NextGen Demonstration Home featured at the January International Builders' Show in Las Vegas.

With the theme "The Evolution of the American Home," the model offered an example of a next generation home.

Unico donated a four-ton central HVAC system for the home, which was built by All-American Homes Inc.
