Greenheck makes the ‘Wisconsin Honor Roll'
SCHOFIELD, Wis. - Greenheck Fan Corp. was recently selected as a Wisconsin Honor Roll company by the Milwaukee office of Deloitte & Touche. The accounting firm's annual honor roll recognizes the state's top public and privately held companies that have a majority individual, family or employee stock-ownership program. Greenheck is largely employee-owned and ranks in the Top 50 largest such companies in the U.S.
As one of this year's honor roll companies, Greenheck received the People Power Award, which is presented to a company that provides employees with empowerment resources and helps them to understand and adapt to changing conditions within the company.
"Over the past three years, Greenheck has implement a wide range of new selling strategies, expanded its product portfolio and turned to its employee-owners to improve productivity in the interest in continuing to grow in a down economy," said Greenheck President and CEO, Dwight Davis. "Overall, the company has grown sales by a little over 20 percent in the last three years and has achieved a 16 percent improvement in productivity rates."
