Duro Dyne, Farmingdale, N.Y., announced the completion of phase I testing of its updated Multi Head pinspotter for use in coil feed duct fabrication machinery lines.

The new pinspotter will be available for 5-foot and 6-foot ductwork, 1/2-inch to 2-inch liner, as well as 220 or 440 volt service. It was designed to take advantage of technology advances and address the most demanding of shop requirements to produce lined duct in the most cost effective matter possible. Weld circuits, drive circuits, feed circuits and carriage movement mechanisms have all been examined and updated, according to Duro Dyne, to match seamlessly and operate at the speeds of the coil feed duct machinery produced by Engel Industries and Iowa Precision Industries.

Duro Dyne plans to begin delivery in late fall pending full testing at selected shops. For more information write Duro Dyne Corp. at 130 Route 110 Farmingdale, N.Y. 11735 or call 631-249-9000.
