The Regin Smoke-Bottle is ideal for the required periodic checks of negative pressure for hospital isolation rooms. Each bottle contains a glass ampoule containing titanium-tetra-chloride in a protective plastic shield. The technician breaks the ampoule on the bottle to release a dense smoke when squeezed. Each bottle can be used for the next 24 hours or more after the ampoule has been activated. No open flame or sparks are required to activate the smoke bottle. The smoke generated by the bottle is corrosive.
