TradePower has established three new business units that will serve the needs of the distribution and contractor markets. These new units were established to provide better communication with customers, according to the company, to expand the base of existing users, and to provide a strong organizational foundation capable of responding to an evolving marketplace. This restructuring is part of TradePower's on-going effort to fully integrate the operations of recently acquired Estimation, Inc. and Trade Service Systems.

It was further announced that G. Michael Llewellyn is no longer serving as ceo of TradePower, but remains a member of the board of directors. Dean Jester, TradePower's recently appointed President, will take on additional responsibility as chief operating officer.

Alan Mech, former President of Estimation, Inc., is now vice president, Contractor Solutions, and Betty Helpa, former coo of Trade Service Systems, is now vice president, Distributor Solutions.

TradePower's third business unit, e-Business Solutions, will focus on providing efficient and affordable electronic links between contractors and distributors. Rich Chadwick, vp of Strategic Alliances, and Steve Bowman, vp of business development, will manage this division.
