NORWALK, Conn. — ABB Inc., has pledged $100,000 to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund in light of the September 11 terrorist attacks.

NORWALK, Conn. — ABB Inc., the U.S. arm of global technology company ABB, has pledged $100,000 to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund in light of the September 11 terrorism. In addition, the company plans to match, two dollars to one dollar, any additional employee contributions made to the Fund.

The company’s U.S. operations employ more than 16,000 people at manufacturing and other facilities in 40 states.
