It’s mid-January in Michigan, and that means it’s cold. It especially makes me look forward to the AHR Expo this year.

The Jan. 28-30 show takes place in Dallas this year, so there’s a decent chance the weather will be a tad warmer than the 27°F it was in Michigan this morning. Although Dallas does get ice storms in the winter, so you never know.

Besides the hopefulyy warmer weather, I am also looking forward to offering our readers more expo coverage in more ways than ever. Our coverage is still taking shape, but we plan to post daily blog updates on, photos from the event every day on our Facebook page and shoot video interviews and product spotlights that you will see online on our website and YouTube in the days and weeks after the show. We might record a podcast, too.

And of course visit our Twitter site — if you have a Twitter account, I recommend you become a follower — for our many instant updates from the show floor. Like many of the publications covering the show, we’ll be using the hash tag handle #ahrexpo for many of our updates.

So whether you view SNIPS on your smartphone, tablet or desktop computer, be sure to stay connected to us on all our platforms as we prepare to cover the HVAC industry’s biggest event.
