While lean manufacturing was developed for the continuous, automobile assembly line environment, it can work for architectural sheet metal fabricators, too.
Industrial sheet metal contractors are different than most sheet metal contactors. While all contractors do custom fabrication, as each job is unique, industrial contractors do a greater variety of products - not just ductwork.
