For the first time since 2001, the HVAC smorgasbord known as the AHR Expo is visiting Georgia.

The 2019 expo is to take place Jan. 14-16, 2019 at the Georgia World Congress Center. Organizers predict 2,100 exhibitors and 60,000 attendees.

“The AHR Expo is the heartbeat of the industry,” said Kevin Bergin, director of Aspen Pumps Inc.  “Everybody that’s anybody is here, either exhibiting or attending. We come to the show to check the pulse of the industry, and to get an opportunity to build relationships with new and existing customers in the U.S. This show lets us see how people are thinking about the year ahead.”

The AHR Expo was held in Atlanta in 1996 — the same year as the Summer Olympics — and 2001. That year, the show attracted almost 50,000 attendees and exhibitors.
