Engineering Facility Solutions, an Indianapolis-based mechanical engineering firm that focuses on commercial HVAC design, installation and service, has completed the installation of a design-build HVAC project at the new BlueSky Technology Partners headquarters in Noblesville, Indiana.

The building is four stories and 42,000 square feet. The first level is set for restaurant use with outdoor dining, while the second level is open office space.

Engineering Facility Solutions said the project required four months of design and a five-month installation. The company uses energy-efficient HVAC technology from Daikin for the rooftop units, variable air volume boxes and control system. Online digital controls are fully accessible to the building’s owner and service technicians for HVAC adjustments and service. The company also provided the first-floor restaurant with a welded exhaust system and refrigerant lines for a full commercial kitchen.

Fishers, Indiana-based Meyer Najem Construction was the general contractor for the project.
