Hitachi Power Tools has launched its new line of AC brushless impact wrenches, which includes 1-inch, ¾-inch and ½-inch models. The wrenches are ideal for tightening and loosening bolts in various applications like assembling scaffolding, installing electrical equipment, plumbing, HVAC installation and more. The three models — WR25SE, WR22SE and WR16SE — are designed for compatibility with a generator and are covered by a five-year warranty. The WR25SE and WR22SE models feature Hitachi’s aluminum housing body construction, which company officials say enhances the internal and external durability of the tool.
