McElroy Manufacturing’s Acrobat 160 is a low-force fusion machine designed for 63 to 160 millimeter polypropylene pipe. The device is lightweight and allows for easy access in tight workspaces. The carriage can be reconfigured from three to four jaws without using tools. The jaws are narrow, so fusions can be made on most flanged pipe and branch outlet fittings. The machine is also compatible with McElroy’s DataLogger, which documents the parameters of the pipe-fusion process.
