The National Environmental Balancing Bureau has appointed Jim Kelleher, vice president of Capital Heights, Maryland-based Metro Test and Balance Inc., to serve as president for 2016-17.

Kelleher was sworn in during NEBB’s board of directors meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah.

“It is an ever-changing and challenging time in the construction and building management industry that we operate in on a daily basis. It has never been more evident that the need for training and education of our valued employees and trainees is a critical path to the success of our firms and of NEBB as an organization,” Kelleher said. “I hope we continue to show our NEBB affiliates and other partners in the building industry what a truly valuable resource NEBB is as a provider of training and education for the building operation and maintenance and construction industry. I am honored to be NEBB’s president and value the support of the volunteers and staff who make this organization the leader in our industry.”
