Carlisle HVAC has a new staff member. 

The Wylie, Texas-based company hired Phil Damiano as Carlisle HVAC Products’ Western region national accounts manager. Damiano has long worked in mechanical HVAC construction, energy companies and most recently for an HVAC distributor. 

In a letter to staff, Sal Fasanella, Carlisle HVAC’s general manager, said Damiano would be an asset to the company.

“We are delighted to welcome him to our team,” Fasanella said.
