A California HVAC construction contractor is providing the fuel oil piping system for a hospital now under construction in San Francisco.

Peterson Mechanical of Sonoma, California, is installing the system that will serve the $1.6 billion Sutter Health Cathedral Hill Hospital’s piping for its emergency diesel generators.

In 2014, Peterson installed a similar system for a Sutter Health hospital in Santa Rosa, California. The San Francisco hospital will have 740,000 square feet of diagnostic, treatment and bed space for the cardiology, oncology, emergency care and transplant departments.
