DiversiTech Corp., a manufacturer and supplier of HVAC market parts and accessories, has hired Jon Evans as its chief operating officer.
Evans will be responsible for overseeing the company’s continued integrations from its recent acquisitions of Cliplight and Pump House, which joined DiversiTech in December 2015. His responsibilities also include streamlining the company’s national and international offerings and product portfolio. Evans will report to DiversiTech CEO Jim Prescott.
“Jon brings a wealth of experience that will further support our continued growth plans and our goal of delivering world-class products and customer service,” said Prescott. “We are looking forward to the contributions Jon will be making to drive greater efficiencies in our business, while continuing to provide profit-driven opportunities for every DiversiTech customer.”
Evans most recently worked as the executive vice president of global integrated supply chain and operations, as well as interim CEO, at Arysta LifeScience, a global agricultural chemicals company.
Also joining the company is Nicole Kroner as chief financial officer.
Kroner will be responsible for the overall finance and accounting functions for the company. She will report to DiversiTech CEO Jim Prescott.
