Software company Technical Sales International has hired David Bultman as the company’s consulting services manager.

With more than 36 years in the mechanical contracting industry, Butlman has worked in many roles. From a sheet metal apprentice to a shop foreman, a shop fabrication salesman and most recently a productivity improvement manager, he has been able assess how companies function and what changes can be made to develop more efficient processes.

Butlman was the owner and president of Kilgust Mechanical, which was later purchased by Comfort Systems. In David’s most recent position he was responsible for providing services to over 30 of Comfort Systems’ companies by delivering business analytics on their data and then compiling suggestions for improvements.

“David’s consulting services will help us add to our solutions offerings by allowing companies to see where improvements can be made,” said TSI managing director Sadi Tamyra Ford. “His ability to assess not only business processes but also evaluate personnel relationships will allow companies in the MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) industry to function at a higher level.”
