Discussions on new and existing products, controls and diagnostics for both residential and commercial product lines were among the highlights of Mitsubishi Electric’s recent Diamond Service Group conference, organizers say.
Mitsubishi Electric US Inc. Cooling & Heating Division held the conference March 15-17 at the Airport Marriott Gateway in Atlanta, Georgia, to provide technical support training on the company’s commercial and residential cooling and heating systems.
“This conference is a once-a-year opportunity for DSG members to interact with fellow professionals and share HVAC best practices and other resources about effective service,” said Tony Hayes, a senior director of service and technical operations at Mitsubishi Electric US. Inc. Cooling & Heating Division. “Contractors depend on the distributors’ DSG members for the expertise and excellence that Mitsubishi Electric is known for in the HVAC industry, and this conference reinforces this leadership role with troubleshooting tips and other education experiences.”
