Thanks to MovinCool’s new, mobile-friendly website, customers can now access online information on the go.
Website screens and functions now automatically adapt to smartphones and tablets, giving customers the same user-friendly access to MovinCool’s online features and services they rely on at their computers, officials said.
“In today’s world, the workplace follows the worker,” said MovinCool sales manager David Keller. “Immediate access to our products, services and dealers, wherever our customers are, saves them time and money. That’s more time and money for their own businesses.”
Within the last year, visits to MovinCool’s website from mobile devices have skyrocketed more than 46 percent, and overall site traffic is up 38 percent, company officials say.
“Our customers are researching MovinCool products, locating dealers, accessing manuals and contacting tech support while they are on the move,” Keller said. “The website enhancements build on MovinCool’s convenient ‘QR code service’ link feature. By scanning the QR (quick response) code on their MovinCool unit with a mobile device, customers have immediate access to online warranty and support services.”
