It can weld pins up to 4 inches on 4-inch insulation to accommodate the high R-value insulation now commonly specified in the HVAC construction industry. It will work on sheet metal up to 18 gauge. Other features include easy manual loading and unloading, a heavy-duty vibrator base, LED indicators and a floating upper weld tip assembly.
