HVAC construction group the Mechanical Contractors Association of Chicago will present a seminar on OSHA’s new confined spaces safety standard Oct. 22.
The course, taught by consultant Gary Glader, will be held at the MCA’s Construction Education Institute. Under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s new requirements, HVAC market contractors and others must create written confined space entry procedures that include emergency rescue plans.
