ACCA to hold office-focused HVAC sales forum
The Air Conditioning Contractors of America’s first Office and Operations Managers Forum will take place this fall in Indianapolis.
The event, which will cover topic such as finding employees, scheduling, using technology, managing inventory and following the law, will take place Oct. 20-21 at the JW Marriott Indianapolis Downtown.
It is co-sponsored by the Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration News, which like SNIPS, is owned by BNP Media.
“With the great success of our Service Managers Forum, the Office and Operations Managers Forum was a logical addition to ACCA’s educational offerings,” said Kevin Holland, ACCA's senior vice president of business operations and membership. “The office staff is vital to your organization, because they have the first interaction with your customers and they run your technician’s schedules. Training for office staff is just as important as keeping technicians up-to-date on their training, and this event aims to be the go-to event for all office and operation managers.”
