The National Environmental Balancing Bureau has a new executive vice president.

Glenn Fellman has been appointed to the position.

Fellman will lead the green HVAC organization’s headquarters office and serve as its chief staff officer. The new vice president has more than 25 years of association management, and is well-versed on issues affecting buildings, NEBB officials say.

“I am delighted that Glenn Fellman has agreed to join our organization,” said NEBB President Jim Huber. “Glenn brings with him the leadership, knowledge and management skills that NEBB has been looking for as we continue to improve and develop our programs, standards, and training.”

Fellman served as executive director of the Indoor Air Quality Association for more than 13 years, and also served as executive director of the Indoor Environmental Standards Organization for over a decade. Prior to his time with those groups, Fellman worked with the National Air Duct Cleaners Association, National Air Filtration Association and other organizations representing indoor environmental and HVAC construction professionals.  Fellman was also publisher of the monthly Indoor Environment Connections magazine for 14 years

“Working on behalf of NEBB certified firms and professionals is a tremendous honor,” Fellman said.  “I look forward to bringing my experience in personnel certification program administration, standards development, publishing and organizational management to one of the HVAC industry’s finest organizations.”
