The Butler Builder advisory council has brought on members from Latin America for the 2015-2016 term.

The new members include: Javier Ugarte de la Rosa of Finsa in Nuevo Leon, Mexico, and Flavio Rubini of GCZ Ingenieros in Lima, Peru.

“The Latin American perspective will benefit our multinational customers who are considering investments in this region,” said Tom Gilligan, president of Butler Manufacturing. “It further enhances our global capabilities, which allow clients to focus on the critical actions to get their facility operational on time and on budget.”

The advisory council is comprised of successful builders who represent the company’s seven business regions in the United States, Canada and Latin America. Each member serves a two-year term, with four members carrying over for a second term.

Jeff Van Hoose, chairman of the council, is owner and president of Van Hoose Construction in Oklahoma City. Van Hoose brings more than 25 years of leadership in construction to the position.

“As we usher in a new era of global representation, I am especially honored to lead the advisory council,” Van Hoose said. “International expertise will be invaluable as we collaborate with company leadership and customers to advance Butler.”
