The National Environment Balancing Bureau’s Procedural Standards for Building Enclosure Testing were designed to establish a uniform and systematic set of criteria for the testing and commissioning of building enclosure systems, the association says. This publication is the first edition of the BET Procedural Standards. Similar to the other NEBB standards and procedures, this publication serves as the anchor for the program.
Additionally, it was created to be the minimum NEBB requirements a NEBB BET-certified firm follows when performing testing of building enclosure systems and reporting the results.
