Building systems group NEBB appoints president
The National Environmental Balancing Bureau’s board of directors has named James Huber the organization’s 2015 president.
Huber is the president of Complete Commissioning Inc., with offices in Baltimore and Annapolis, Md. He has more than 30 years of industry experience, and is a NEBB-certified professional. He is also a certified energy manager and holds certifications in measurement and verification as well as demand-side management.
Bob Linder, outgoing president of NEBB, said Huber is perfect for the office.
“Jim’s industry experience as a NEBB-certified professional and the respect he commands from his peers make him the ideal president to lead NEBB,” he said. “I could not be more certain that we have found the perfect person in Jim Huber. He has a true passion for our industry and programs; has been very active in his chapter and on NEBB national committees and has driven many new programs at NEBB.”
Huber said he is excited to be selected as 2015 president.
“This is a very exciting time for NEBB, and I am honored and humbled to receive this appointment,” he said. “2015 will bring the conclusion of many long-running NEBB initiatives as well as the beginning of several new ones. It gives me great pride to build upon the work of my predecessors, Bob Linder and Stan Fleischer, as well as our board of directors. In doing so, I hope to highlight the significant role that NEBB certified professionals and NEBB-certified firms provide as we strive to promote the highest standards in the built environment.”
