ACCA members are feeling pretty good, based on the latest survey undertaken by the group.

For June, the group’s Contractor Comfort Index was at No. 81 on a 100-point scale. The figure is five points lower than last month, but four points above its year-ago level.

The number represents the surveyed short-term outlook of Air Conditioning Contractors of America’s HVAC market member companies. A number over 50 represents positive feelings on the HVAC construction economy.

The next survey will be released at the end of this month.
