ABC, Canadian group sign agreement

ABC and Merit Canada signed a resolution Feb. 13 outlining the associations’ commitment to merit shop construction, where employees are not compelled to join a union as a condition of employment.

In the resolution, Associated Builders and Contractors and Merit Canada agreed to:
