The Refrigeration Service Engineers Society has appointed Rich Hoke as the association’s interim executive vice president. The appointment is until further notice.

Hoke will work with RSES national staff to ensure a smooth transition, said International President Joe Marchese.

“We are delighted Rich has agreed to step in as our interim executive vice president,” says RSES International President Joe Marchese. “Rich is a long-time RSES and industry veteran with a solid managerial background.”

Hoke is building maintenance superintendent for the city of Elgin, Ill.

“We are fortunate to have him on our team and even more fortunate to have him guide our staff until we find a permanent executive vice president, which we are actively seeking,” Marchese added.

The society’s previous executive vice president, Mark Lowry, announced his retirement in November 2013.
