Four executives have been added to the HVACR Workforce Development Foundation’s board of trustees.

They are: Rosemary Sparks, executive director of Construction Sector Council; Janet B. Bray, chief strategist and founder of Bray Strategies; Thomas N. Applegate, executive director for the Ohio Association of Career and Technical Superintendents; and Bryan D. Albrecht, Ed.D., president and chief executive officer of Gateway Technical College.

“These individuals’ diverse backgrounds and demonstrated appreciation for the Foundation’s mission and goals make them an excellent fit for the board of trustees,” said Donald Frendberg, the foundation’s executive director.

The new members join Frendberg along with Stephen Yurek, Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute; Paul Stalknecht, Air Conditioning Contractors of America; Talbot Gee, Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International; Warren Heeley, Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute; Gerry Kennedy, Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors National Association; Jeff Littleton, American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers; Mark Lowry, Refrigeration Service Engineers Society; and Wade Smith, Air Movement and Control Association.
