The American Society of Heating and Air-Conditioning Engineers launched its new ASHRAExChange online platform at its June annual conference.

The discussion board allows members of the industry to engage in real-time dialogue on topics from design to construction.

“Many ASHRAE members felt there was a need for a place where both ASHRAE members and nonmembers alike can freely and openly exchange information focused on the built environment,” said Spencer Morasch, incoming chairman of ASHRAE’s Electronic Communications Committee.

Volunteer moderators monitor the online discussions and ensure proper use of the ASHRAExChange platform.
