Registration is now open for the ACCA’s Service Managers Forum, which will take place Oct. 3-4 in Austin, Texas.

"The Service Managers Forum continues to be one of our most popular educational events each year and we are excited to be heading back to Austin for our sixth year," said Kevin Holland, the Air Conditioning Contractors of America’s senior vice president of business operations and membership. "We've packed the schedule with a brand-new lineup for learning labs that will feature some of our best speakers from the past and some new speakers to help service managers review their processes, recharge their outlook, and reinvigorate their entire team when they return home. This event is about learning, growing, and helping attendees move to the next level of success."

Former Southwest Airlines manager Jason Young will open the forum. He will explain how to motivate and empower your workers. It will close with the annual "I've Got an Idea!" session hosted by Vince DiFilippo of DiFilippo's Service Co.

Between sessions will be a trade show with a number of manufacturers and service providers.

The event is co-sponsored by the Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration News, which is owned by BNP Media, parent company of SNIPS. Registration details are available by calling (703) 824-8856 or going to www.servicemanagersforum.com
