To promote its Seismic product line, Gripple representatives embarked on an 11-city tour July 27 to Aug. 11.

In each city, information was presented to an assembled audience of engineers, contractors and distributors with the purpose of educating them about seismic bracing, as well as the Gripple Seismic cable bracing systems and its related line of Acrefine vibration-isolation products.

Stops on the tour included: Ottawa; Philadelphia; Washington, D.C.; St. Louis; Seattle; Portland, Ore.; San Jose, Calif.; Los Angeles; Dallas; and Puerto Rico.

“This was a fantastic face-to-face forum for educating our audience about the complex and highly technical topic of seismic bracing, and for introducing the Gripple Seismic and Acrefine lines of products,” said Barry Williamson, Seismic product manager at Gripple Inc. “We are thankful for the support of our local sales teams, and the very enthusiastic response in many of the cities.”

Gripple representatives said seismic bracing of suspended services is an increasing requirement across North America, in particular for high occupancy or essential facilities such as schools, hospitals, and emergency operation centers.
