Air Conditioning Contractors of America members are still feeling pretty good, according to the group’s latest survey.

The association’s Contractor Comfort Index for April is 68, a one-point drop from March and year-ago levels.

The index represents the surveyed short-term outlook of member companies. A number over 50 represents positive feelings on the economy, which higher figures demonstrating more confidence.

The next index will be released in about three weeks.
