A Hart & Cooley duct product has earned an approval from the International Indoor Air Quality Commission.
The commission has endorsed the company’s Ameriflex flexible duct systems as products that improve indoor air quality.
“The IIAQC process assures consumers and manufacturers that a credible, objective, independent third party has verified that the endorsed products conform to product claims,” said John R. Garrett, executive director for the commission.
The endorsement by the International Indoor Air Quality Commission adds to a list of certifications and endorsements for Hart & Cooley, including an Underwriters Laboratory listing, Air Diffusion Council certification and a Greenguard for Children and Schools certification
“There is no need to pay more for flexible duct that promotes indoor air quality,” said Gary Fisher, vice president of sales for Hart & Cooley. “Our certifications and endorsements are a testimony to the ultra-low VOC emitting and highly microbial-resistant properties of our flexible duct systems.”
