Emerson has been named in to the Software 500 and InformationWeek 500 lists.
The company ranked No. 77 on Software Magazine’s 2010 list of the world’s 500 largest software and services providers, and No. 104 on the InformationWeek 500 list of technology innovators.
The Software Magazine ranking is based on total worldwide software and services revenues for Emerson’s fiscal 2009, including revenues from software licenses, maintenance and support, training and software-related services, and consulting.
For fiscal 2009, Emerson’s global software and services revenues exceeded $700 million.

Peters, senior executive vice president of Emerson. “These rankings illustrate that Emerson is successfully executing on our strategy of delivering innovative technologies to customers and expanding our software and services offerings across all of our business segments.”
