Louisiana Technical College has applied for verification of their  program from HVAC Excellence.

Louisiana Technical College in Metairie, La., has applied for verification of their heating and cooling training program from HVAC Excellence.

As part of the process, school staff will take part in a self-study where they will compare the program to nine national standards. HVAC Excellence will then visit the school to review the program before making  a decision on accreditation.

The process is expected to take several months.
