Follansbee Steel is exhibiting at next month’s Metalcon in Baltimore.

Follansbee, W.V.-based Follansbee Steel announced it is exhibiting at next month’s Metalcon in Baltimore.

At the Oct. 1-3 show, it will promote its patented ZT alloy, made of zinc and tin. It offers strong corrosion resistance, even in coastal environments, company officials say, and has stood up to thousands of hours of salt-spray testing.

“Follansbee products continue to provide a coveted combination of longevity, durability, energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal,” said Edward Thomas, vice president and general manager for Follansbee. “We look forward to educating Metalcon attendees on these and the variety of additional benefits that form the best roof money can buy.”

The company’s Metalcon booth is No. 2361.
